No tolerance for chaos in Punjab, vows CM Maryam

The CM reiterated her resolve to serve the people, support farmers, and fulfill all responsibilities

LAHORE (Dunya News) — Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has reaffirmed that protecting the lives and property of the people is the state’s foremost responsibility, declaring that any attempts to spread chaos will not be tolerated.

During meetings with assembly members and ticket holders from Wazirabad and Mianwali, the CM discussed public issues, development needs, and ongoing projects in detail. The participants lauded Maryam Nawaz’s special initiatives, including the Green Bus and “Suthra Punjab” projects.

Lawmakers thanked her for launching the Green Bus service in Wazirabad and Mianwali, and praised the introduction of the E-Biz Portal aimed at promoting business activity in the province. They also commended her decisive actions against illegal land occupations.

The CM stated that public service is the mission of the PML-N and its leader, Nawaz Sharif. She highlighted key welfare projects such as the Kisan Card and free doorstep medicine delivery, calling them proof of the government’s commitment to progress and prosperity.

She added that for the first time in Punjab’s history, three million people have received pay orders worth Rs10,000 at their doorstep, while 1.5 million individuals are benefiting from Rs3,000 monthly through ration cards.

The CM reiterated her resolve to serve the people, support farmers, and fulfill all responsibilities, hinting at several major upcoming development projects for Punjab’s future.

Parliamentarians praised her “action-first” governance style, noting that “Maryam Nawaz announces later but delivers first.”

They credited her transparent and merit-based leadership with transforming the province’s destiny and ensuring equal development across regions.
