VIRGINIA (Dunya News) – Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United States Rizwan Saeed Sheikh has emphasized the need to strengthen economic relations between Islamabad and Washington.
Addressing the opening ceremony of the Pakistan-US Business Conference and Expo in Virginia, Ambassador Sheikh said that there was a need to adopt business strategies aligned with the US market. He noted that strong trade relations were the foundation of sustainable Pakistan-US ties.
He said that diplomacy created opportunities, but it was up to the business community to take advantage of them.
Members of the Pakistani community, investors, and business leaders attended the event, where participants discussed opportunities for bilateral investment, trade, and cooperation.
