(Web Desk) - Final medicolegal report of model and actress Humaira Asghar has revealed that the shirt and trousers of the actress carried bloodstains, intensifying suspicions surrounding the circumstances of her mysterious death.
According to the report, traces of blood were found on her T-shirt and trousers. However, the cause of death remains undetermined as only skeletal remains were recovered, with key internal organs missing.
The absence of vital body parts has significantly hindered the investigation, leaving authorities struggling to establish what led to her death.
Investigators also highlighted the lack of a national blood and DNA databank in Pakistan as a major obstacle in matching the biological evidence.
Police sources revealed that one of Humaira’s mobile phones is still missing. Investigators believe the device could hold critical information, potentially shedding light on her final days and any threats she may have faced.
Humaira Asghar was found dead on July 8 in her apartment located in Defence Phase VI’s Ittehad Commercial area, where she had reportedly lived alone for the past seven years. Her body was discovered by a court-appointed bailiff, who had arrived to enforce an eviction order over unpaid rent, following legal proceedings initiated by the flat’s owner.
