BEIJING (Dunya News) - Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met President Emomali Rahmon of Tajikistan in Beijing, where both leaders reaffirmed their resolve to strengthen bilateral relations.
During the meeting, the two leaders expressed satisfaction over the ongoing cooperation in all areas of mutual interest and agreed to expand collaboration in trade and investment, connectivity, energy, regional security, culture, and people-to-people exchanges.
PM Shehbaz Sharif and President Rahmon reiterated their determination to further reinforce Pakistan–Tajikistan relations, which are rooted in shared cultural, historical, and religious bonds.
The leaders also exchanged views on regional and global issues of common concern.
