Hajj 2026 application process closed after 118,060 registrations

Applications were processed on a first-come, first-served basis

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The process of receiving applications under the government Hajj scheme has been completed.

According to the spokesperson of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, a total of 118,060 Hajj applications were received from across the country.

The process of accepting further Hajj applications has been concluded, and applications were processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

The spokesperson stated that the Ministry of Religious Affairs has collected half of the Hajj expenses as the first installment, while the remaining expenses will be collected in the second installment.

The collection of the second installment for Hajj obligations will begin on November 1.
