TANK (Dunya News) - Heavy floods in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Tank district have severed ground links with dozens of villages, leaving residents stranded.
According to local sources, floodwaters have washed away several houses, resulting in the death of a woman and injuries to multiple people. In Jandola, a bridge was swept away, while connecting roads to Kot Allah Dad, Barah Khail, and Kari Ashqi have also been destroyed.
Rescue 1122 teams, along with locals, are carrying out relief efforts. Women and patients are facing severe difficulties due to the suspension of road access, while floodwaters have also entered homes.
