LAHORE (Dunya News) - FATA Region's Asif Afridi sustained an injury during a training session for the National T20 Cup.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) confirmed that the cricketer was hit on the right eye by a ball during practice at Gaddafi Stadium.
Medical reports revealed a fracture near his eye socket, ruling him out of the tournament.
Sources suggested that the Lahore Qalandars player might also miss the Pakistan Super League (PSL) due to the injury. Following the news, Lahore Qalandars COO Sameen Rana and Fakhar Zaman visited him to check on his condition.
