ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) has filed a second review petition against the Supreme Court’s Oct 21 decision about intra-party elections.
The petition named the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) and other parties as respondents.
The PTI argued that the Supreme Court’s decision was unilateral, highlighting remarks and judgements by former chief justice Qazi Faez Isa as indicative of against the party and its founder. Advocate Hamid Khan’s arguments on these remarks were reportedly not heard, it contended.
