ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Supreme Court of Pakistan has decided to schedule hearings for cases before its constitutional benches.
A meeting led by Justice Aminuddin Khan focused on the formation of these benches, convened following the return of Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail from China.
Source said Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar participated over telephone as the committee reviewed previously submitted petitions.
The meeting lasted an hour, culminating in the decision to set a schedule for the hearing.

The benches are set to hear cases from Nov 14, with each petition being addressed in the order of submission.
