Naseem Shah confident of equalising series against Australia in second ODI

He stated that Pakistan came close to winning the first ODI but lost narrowly

ADELAIDE (Dunya News) - Pakistan's fast bowler Naseem Shah has expressed confidence that the national team will win the second ODI against Australia and level the series.

Speaking to the media in Adelaide, Nasim Shah explained that cramps don't take long to recover from, but during the first ODI, the cramps occurred at a crucial time, which prevented him from completing his over.

‘Despite being fully fit, cramps can happen at any moment’, Naseem said.

He further stated that Pakistan came close to winning the first ODI but lost narrowly.

Shah was optimistic about winning the second ODI and leveling the series.

He also noted that the pitch in Adelaide was in good condition, and the team intended to play positive cricket. After the first match, the team discussed areas where they could improve.

Naseem Shah added that after each match, players often discussed what went wrong, such as missed yorkers or deliveries that weren’t executed well.

He explained that the team adjusted its bowling according to the pitch conditions and the situation at hand.

About his batting he said that his focus was on not giving away an easy wicket and fighting until the last ball.
