ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Police on Monday claimed to have arrested a suspect involved in bank heists and cash van robberies, which claimed two lives and injured eight in the capital, Dunya News reported.
Islamabad DIG in a press conference revealed that the suspect belonged to Sargodha and had been working as an electrician in the capital for five years.
He was arrested from Sargodha with looted valuables, cash and weapons. Further investigation was underway. According to police, the suspect was familiar to roads, streets, areas and localities of Islamabad.
MISSING GIRL FOUND DEAD
A three-year-old missing girl was found dead in a pond in Khachiwala area of Bahawalnagar. The girl identified as Hurain Fatima had been missing for a day.
Her parents had lodged a complaint about her disappearance with the police station concerned. Later, her dead body was found in a pond. Police were investigating the incident.
