ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Interior minister Mohsin Naqvi on Wednesday ordered the Pakistani High Commission to probe into attack on former chief justice Qazi Faez Isa in London.
He condemned the attack on former chief justice while seeking report of the incident.
“The attack on the vehicle of former chief justice and Pakistani High Commission is highly condemnable,” Naqvi said.
He ordered the NADRA officials to trace the assailants through video footages.

“An FIR would be launched against the assailants in Pakistan while their CNICs and passports would also be blocked,” said Mohsin Naqvi.
“Why the former CJP wasn’t provided security if he was facing threats,” the interior minister questioned.
Earlier, some workers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) staged protest at a ceremony against Qazi Faez Isa in London.
They said that the former chief justice was biased in his conduct and therefore he didn’t deserve to be made as a bencher in the prestigious institution like Middle Temple.
Earlier, Qazi Faez Isa had said that he may have made many wrong decisions but Allah (ooper wala) knows the truth.
