ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has scheduled the hearing of PTI founder Imran Khan’s appeal against his conviction in the Toshakhana case.
A division bench, comprising Chief Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb, heard a miscellaneous application and granted the request to expedite the appeal hearing. The court has now set Oct 29 as the hearing date.
The appeal challenges the decision of the Accountability Court in Islamabad, which convicted Imran Khan in the Toshakhana case.
