PESHAWAR (Dunya News) - Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has again announced plans for protest.
Talking to the media in Peshawar, he announced he would reveal dates for the protest soon. He made startling claims of closure of the whole country.
KP CM Gandapur alleged that the government was violating the constitution again and again and the government must be accountable for its unconstitutional actions.
Addressing a ceremony on polio eradication, Gandapur highlighted hardwork and dedication of the polio workers and police personnel for eradication of polio.
Anti-polio campaign was necessary and the whole family had to suffer and face an ordeal due to one affected by polio, the KP CM insisted.
He stressed that provision of basic facilities was the right of every citizen.
KP CM requested parents to not boycott polio drops as the boycott was an injustice to themselves.
He emphasised that saving someone from disability was equal to saving his life. Urged religious scholars to play their role in spreading awareness about the anti-polio campaign, eradication of polio was the battle of the entire nation.
