ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Newly-appointed Chief Justice of Pakistan Yahya Afridi and former CJP Qazi Faez Isa met at the chief justice chamber on Wednesday.
Isa congratulated Justice Afridi on becoming the chief justice.
According to sources, both apex court judges met before the proceedings of cases and later Yahya Afridi again met Qazi Faez Isa.

Justice Yahya Afridi also visited Justice Mansoor Ali Shah's chamber. Yahya Afridi was greeted by staff of his chamber.
President Asif Ali Zardari approved the notification of Yahya Afridi as 30th CJP. The Ministry of Law also issued the notification of the newly appointed CJP.
The parliamentary committee consisting of representatives from both National Assembly and Senate picked new CJP.
