ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - A delegation from the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has arrived at the residence of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman on Sunday.
The delegation included PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar, former National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser, and Allama Raja Nasir Abbas. They are currently engaged in discussions regarding constitutional amendments.
Yesterday, the PTI delegation met with Imran Khan before meeting Maulana Fazlur Rehman, conveying a message from the founding chairman of PTI to JUI.
The PTI delegation has requested additional time for consultations to formulate a response regarding the constitutional amendments, which they plan to communicate to Maulana Fazlur Rehman today.
