LAHORE (Dunya News) - The Lahore High Court has issued notices to both parties in response to a petition against the sealing of PTI worker Falak Javed’s husband’s SIM franchise.
During the hearing, Justice Ali Zia Bajwa called for responses from the parties involved.
The petitioner argued that the FIA conducted an illegal raid on the franchise, claiming that their entire family was being targeted for political victimisation.
The petitioner requested the court to order the unsealing of the franchise.
Additionally, Punjab Information Minister Azma Bukhari has approached the Lahore High Court for action against Falak Javed for circulating a fake video.
She alleged that Falak Javed uploaded inappropriate videos on Twitter and has previously been involved in anti-state activities. She has requested a court order to place her name on the Exit Control List.
