KARACHI (Dunya News) - Sindh Government has approved the increase in the minimum age for setting up at Rs 37,000. Sindh CM Murad Ali Shah chaired a provincial cabinet session having 'better policing' as an important agenda.
Around 407 police stations across Sindh have been mandated to allocate budget with SHOs to issue special funds. Police stations of various categories would have separate budgets.
The budget of Rs 15.2 million has been allocated for police stations of Category A in Karachi division. SHO have been empowered to spend a budget of 0.2 million in one month.
The amendment in rules of Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) has been approved under which the commission would devise a waiting list for vacant positions.
Around nine dispensaries would be run in Tharparkar with the cooperation of NGOs.
The Department of Health was set to abolish 731 vacant seats.
In the Sindh cabinet session, it was demanded to halt electricity distribution companies imposing heavy fines on the public.
