LAHORE (Dunya News) - An agreement was reached between the government and the visually-impaired people who were staging protest on The Mall for the last few days.
The visually-impaired people called off their protest till Dec 3 on the assurance of Punjab Minister for Social Welfare Sohail Shaukat Butt.
The protesters said the minister had assured them that their demands would be accepted by Nov 25.

The list of their demands had been sent to the cabinet committee, said the protesters.
“We’ll once again stage protest if our demands aren’t met by Nov 25,” they said.
