LAHORE (Dunya News) - The announcement of the national squad for the upcoming Test series against England is expected this week.
Sources indicated that Red Ball Head Coach Jason Gillespie has conducted initial consultations with captain Shan Masood and White Ball Head Coach Gary Kirsten.
Gillespie would assess player performances during the Champions Cup playoffs starting today and would also consult with selectors in Faisalabad.
The national Test squad would report at a local hotel in Multan on October 2, the same day the England Test squad would arrive.
The training sessions for both Pakistan and the visiting team would begin on October 3, with the Test series starting on October 7.
