ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar said that the constitutional court would help to determine the suo motu powers under Article 184.
Addressing a seminar organised by the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA), he said that the PML-N and PPP had decided to bring judicial reforms as per the Charter of Democracy signed by both the parties.
“We have decided to take forward the incomplete agenda of 18th amendment and judicial reforms are also part of PML-N’s manifesto,” Tarar said.
He added that PPP also wanted to do judicial reforms and we have started working on it.
