Gold price reaches new record-high in Pakistan

The per tola was traded at Rs268,000 compared to its sale at Rs. 266,300

ISLAMABAD (APP) – The per tola price of 24 karat gold increased by Rs1,700 to reach all-time in Pakistan on Monday.

The per tola was traded at Rs268,000 compared to its sale at Rs266,300 on last trading day.

The price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold also increased by Rs1,458 to Rs229,767 from Rs228,309 whereas the price of 10 gram 22 karat gold went up to Rs210,620 from Rs209,283, the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association reported.

The price of per tola and ten gram silver remained unchanged at Rs2,950 and Rs2,529.14, respectively.

The price of gold in the international market increased by $10 to $2,587 from $2,577, the Association reported.
