ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A resolution condemning martyrdom of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh has been submitted in the National Assembly.
MNA Sahar Kamran submitted the resolution to the assembly secretariat.
The resolution expressed serious concern over growing Israeli misadventure in the region. It urged the international community to show solidarity with Palestinians.
Sahar Kamran said Pakistan had always been raising voice against terrorism and the international community should take measures to restore peace in the region.

It should be noted that Haniyeh was martyred in an attack in Iran where he had gone to attend the oath-taking ceremony of new president.
