PESHAWAR (Web Desk) – At least 24 people have been killed and 17 others injured in different rain-related incidents in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during the last three days.
According to the Provincial Disaster Management Authority, 73 houses were completely damaged and 71 were partially damaged due to rains in Kohat, Peshawar, DI Khan, Hazara and Malakand divisions.
Flash floods and house collapses were also reported in Hangu, Haripur, Mansehra, Lower Dir, Charsadda, Mohmand, Bajaur, and Abbottabad. The report added that landslides were also reported in Abbottabad.
The PDMA, district administrations and rescue teams are continuing relief activities in the affected areas.

Meanwhile, downpour in several parts of Lahore resulted in loss of three lives and injuries to seven people.
The roof of a house at a village near Baba Bulleh Shah Interchange at Gajjumata (Lahore) collapsed which resulted in one death and left five people injured.
In two incidents, electric shock claimed lives of two citizens.
