ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A delegation of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Pakistan is expected to meet Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif today (Thursday).
According to the sources, the delegation will comprise Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui and Mustafa Kamal.
The expected topics for the meeting would be electricity bills and payment of non-development charges to the IPPs.
The MQM said that IPPs are receiving illegitimate payments in the form of non-development charges.
The MQM will project demand to review contracts with the IPPs and elimination of non-development charges to the prime minister.
Sources also informed that special development funds for the urban city and interest free loans for the youth will also be thoroughly discussed in the meeting.
