PESHAWAR (Dunya News) - Faces of women were burnt when two unidentified bike riders threw an acid on them when they were going by a rickshaw on Abdra Road here on Sunday, Dunya News reported.
A video has gone viral showing two persons stopping a rickshaw and later throwing acid on women sitting in it.
On the complaint of one of the victims, police have registered a case against ex-husband of the woman and his driver.
The woman told police that her husband wanted to kill her and was giving her life threats.
Police said four people were sitting in the rickshaw when it came under acid attack. Police have registered a case and started a manhunt for their arrest.
