MANAWALA (Dunya News) - Two people - one of them a teen-aged girl - were killed and seven injured in different incidents of roof collapse and road accidents on Saturday.
In Manawala, a girl died when roof of her house caved in due to heavy rain. She is identified as Sewera, 15. Her body was shifted to hospital for post-mortem.
In Bahawalnagar, a man was killed and another injured when a tractor-trolley hit their motorcycle. The dead and injured were shifted to hospital. Driver of the tractor-trolley escaped after the accident.
In Khanpur, four persons were injured in a collision between two cars. The accident took place due to reckless driving.
On information, police reached the spot and started investigation. Rescue 1122 shifted the injured to hospital.
In Shujabad, two people sustained critical injuries in a collision between a tractor-trolley and car.
They were rushed to hospital in a critical condition. Having being informed, police reached the spot and started investigation.
