ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast hot and humid weather for most parts of the country during the next 24 hours.
However, rain windstorm/thundershower is expected at isolated places in Kashmir, upper Punjab, Potohar region, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, northeast Balochistan and southeast Sindh.
According to the synoptic situation, moist currents from Arabian Sea were penetrating upper parts of the country and likely to strengthen from Wednesday.
During the last 24 hours, rain-windstorm/thunderstorm occurred in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, upper Punjab, and Barkhan. Hot and humid weather prevailed over other parts of the country.
Sibbi remained the hottest place in the country on Tuesday with temperature surging up to 48 degrees Celsius.
