South Africa elections: Overseas voters first to cast ballots

(AFP) - Over 78,000 South Africans living abroad were already able to cast their ballots over the past weekend, starting on Friday.

Here in Paris, roughly 1000 nationals who registered to vote in France, arrived at the South African embassy to mark their decision.
