KARACHI (Dunya News) - Pakistan Peoples Party leader Sharjeel Inam Memon says a political party's writing a letter to the IMF is a bigger blunder than the May 9 tragedy.
Speaking to media in Karachi, he said he had submitted the papers for Sindh Assembly speaker and deputy speaker slots.
"The PPP has a two-thirds majority in the Sindh Assembly," he claimed. He said Murad Ali Shah would work hard again and efforts would be made to develop understanding in the next five years.

Memon said the purpose of writing a letter to the IMF was worse than what happened on May 9.
He said millions of people would be unemployed if the IMF stopped disbursement of loans. He alleged that an artificial leader had been jailed for five months and he was going to become a suicide bomber and would attack millions of people.
All his followers, he urged, should open their eyes. He further said some elements wanted to destroy the peace of the country. "Should we allow any foreign organisation to interfere in our internal issues," he asked.
