FIA summons Aleema Khan for inquiry

FIA says accused has caused fear and panic among the general public

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has issued a notice to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder’s sister Aleema Khan in a cybercrime inquiry.

The agency has ordered an inquiry against Aleema Khan, accusing her of spreading chaos and threat in the society.

The agency allegedly said the accused had caused fear and panic among the general public.

The FIA ordered Aleem to appear before the FIA Cybercrime Reporting Centre for an explanation at 11am on Feb 3, 2024.

The FIA said in case of non-appearance, it would be presumed that she had nothing to say in her defence.
