MULTAN (Dunya News) – Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) chief Jahangir Tareen stated on Sunday that his party's primary focus will be to improve the country's economy to eradicate inflation and unemployment.
While addressing a party rally, Tareen expressed his gratitude for the strong support received in Multan's NA-149 constituency.
"Multan is my home, and I stand with its people. I promise to fulfill every commitment I make."
Tareen stated that his purpose in visiting this constituency was to serve the people and address their issues. "We will initiate developmental projects after Feb 8," he added, assuring a prompt response to the sewerage issue brought to his attention by a resident.
Tareen said that addressing inflation was crucial for the country to move in the right direction, emphasising that a strong economy was fundamental to a prosperous nation.
The IPP, according to Tareen, would introduce policies to attract foreign investment, strengthen the economy and provide employment opportunities for the people.
