LAHORE (Dunya News) – The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday fixed for hearing Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder's pleas against disqualification in Toshakhana case.
A five-member larger bench headed by LHC judge Justice Shahid Bilal Hassan will hear the PTI founder's petitions on January 12.
The bench will also comprise Justice Shams Mehmood, Shahid Shahid Kareem, Justice Shehram Sarwar Chaudhry and Justice Jawad Hassan.
It may be recalled that PTI founder had challenged his disqualification in Toshakhana case in the Lahore High Court.
