KARACHI (Dunya News) – Four outlaws involved in dozens of heinous crimes were arrested from different areas of the city here on Monday night.
In the first incident, a burglar was arrested after an encounter with the police. Police were informed that some outlaws were snatching valuables from people on a road.
Police reached the spot. On seeing the police, the robbers opened fire. The law-enforcers retaliated and injured a robber who got bullet injury in his leg. He was later arrest and admitted to a nearby hospital. His other accomplices managed to escape.
In the second incident in Clifton area, a robber was arrested after a brief shootout with the police.
He was injured in the encounter and arrested. The suspect was involved in dozens of thefts.
Valuables and a pistol were recovered from the robber. The accused indentified as Lal Muhammad would break open windscreens of vehicles to steal things.
In Mominabad area, police arrested two people involved in illegal business of selling prohibited tobaccos. Mobile phones and cash recovered from them.
