ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Islamabad High Court (IHC) Chief Justice Aamer Farooq is set to hear a long-pending contempt petition against former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on November 15.
The leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-N, as alleged in the petition, had made remarks against the judges.

The petition, originally filed in 2018 by a local citizen named Adnan Iqbal, accuses Nawaz Sharif of making anti-judiciary speeches. In the petition, Adnan Iqbal sought contempt of court action against Nawaz Sharif for his statements made in 2018.
