Terror bid foiled in Quetta as police recover explosive material from car

Explosive material weighing 35kg was recovered from a parked vehicle near Circular Road
QUETTA (Dunya News) - A terror bid was foiled in Quetta on Wednesday by the prompt action of law-enforcement agencies.
According to the caretaker home minister, explosive material weighing 35 kilogramme was recovered from a parked vehicle near Quetta’s Circular Road.
A team of Bomb Disposal Squad defused the explosives and saved the city from massive destruction.
The explosive was being moved to an unknown location in a car.
Caretaker Home Minister Mir Muhammad Zubair Jamali lauded the IGP for foiling the terror bid. He also announced appreciation letters for the officials who foiled the terror attempt.
