DERA ISMAIL KHAN (Dunya News) - A teenage girl was shot dead by his brother in Dera Ismail Khan's Bilalabad area on late Thursday.
Suspect Niazullah opened fire on his younger sister who died on the spot. Police rushed to the spot on an emergency call and shifted the body for autopsy.
