PTI chairman challenges sessions court's decision to declare his marriage case admissible

Says complainant tried to damage his reputation
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and his wife Bushra Bibi have challenged the sessions court's decision to declare their marriage case as admissible.
Chairman PTI has filed an application in Islamabad High Court through his lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat, in which it has been said that dirty allegations have been made againstChairman PTI and Bushra Bibi by petitioner Muhammad Hanif. A case was filed under Section 496 against Bushra Bibi.
According to the petition, the allegations made in the private complaint do not fall under the category of Section 496 and PTI chairman and Bushra Bibi are legally married to each other.
The PTI chairman said complainant’s move was aimed at damaging his reputation.
He further stated that complaint against Chairman PTI, Bushra Bibi was not admissible and the court should declare the private complaint against the couple null and void. He also said that decision of the civil judge regarding admissibility of the complaint should also be declared null and void.
