Actors sometimes get mentally tired of acting
LAHORE (Web Desk) - Pakistani actor and model Madiha Iftikhar is one of those showbiz stars who sometimes shine but leave the limelight.
The actor left showbiz in 2018, but after many years, was recently seen in a private TV drama, which she has also discussed in a recent interview.
During the show, the host asked the actress about quitting showbiz despite being at the peak of popularity, to which Madiha said no actor can quit acting, I myself did not believe in this before, but now I do too. As actors sometimes we get mentally tired of acting so we think of taking a break but still we can't leave acting for good.
According to Madiha, there was a time when I thought I should get married now, so that I can see how people sleep all day and watch movies. And how do they enjoy being at home? So I got married, after marriage my husband said I should work. I refused saying that I want to enjoy leisure time but after two and half years I realised that I should work. I did a project after that and then again disappeared while now I have recently returned to showbiz.
