Al-Qadir Trust case: Imran moves IHC for bail

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) chairman has been made a party in the application
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Friday filed bail application in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) in the Al-Qadir Trust case.
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) chairman has been made a party in the application.
NAB Deputy Prosecutor General Sardar Muzaffar is present in the court of Chief Justice Amir Farooq.
It is learnt that the NAB has decided to oppose the bail application.
It may be recalled that the Supreme Court of Pakistan had on Thursday ordered the release of Imran Khan in the Al-Qadir Trust case, declaring his arrest from the premises of the Islamabad High Court illegal.
