KARACHI (Dunya News) - A former police officer shot and killed a young man in Karachi on Sunday.
Police said a young man, Majid Hussain, was shot dead by a former police officer over a dispute on marriage proposal in Baldia area of Karachi. The deceased was an OT technician in a private hospital.
Majid wanted to marry the daughter of the suspect and during a clash the suspect killed him.
The suspect is in police custody and he is being interrogated. The dead body of the victim has been shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
Sources said the suspect had called Majid and invited him over. Majid was shot on the chest and the suspect also tortured him.
