Alia Bhatt buys multi-crore flat, gifts two houses to sister

MUMBAI (Web Desk) - Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt has made some major property purchases in Mumbai recently.
According to reports, Alia's production house, Eternal Sunshine, bought an apartment in the Bandra West Pali Hills area for INR 378 million.
The apartment, spanning 2,497 square feet, was purchased by Alia for herself on April 10 for a payment of INR 2.26 million. In addition to this, she gifted two flats to her sister Shaheen Bhatt, with a total worth of INR 7.68 million. The two flats, located on AB Near Juhu Road in Mumbai, measure 1,197 and 889 square feet respectively.
Alia's generosity towards her sister doesn't end there. According to property documents, she also gifted two houses to Shaheen through prize certificates.
Fans are eager to see the inside of Alia's multi-crore flat, but for now, they can only imagine the luxurious lifestyle that the talented actress and producer will lead in her new abode.
