Widespread rain keeps weather pleasant

The weather is dry in most of the districts of the province including Quetta.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - The highlands and plains of the country received rain and hail accompanied by strong winds, after which the weather became colder, while more heavy rain is expected at many places.
According to Met Department, it rained in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Kashmir and North Balochistan during 24 hours. The weather remained dry in other parts of the country while 39 mm rain was recorded in Kot Addu of Punjab and 32 mm was recorded in Parachinar and Dir of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Besides Kakul, Balakot 26, Saidu Sharif 15, Malam Jabba 13, Darosh 8, Kalam 7, Mir Khani, Patan, Charat 6, Bacha Khan Airport 3, Peshawar (City 3, Airport 2), Chitral 2, Okara, Leh. 18, Murree 17, Joharabad, Khanewal 12, Multan (Airport 12, City 7), Sahiwal 10, Toba Tek Singh, Faisalabad 9, Kasur 8, Lahore (City 8, Airport 6) and Chakwal received 7 mm of rain.
Sargodha 6, Jhang, Dera Ghazi Khan 4, Noorpur Thal 3, Bhakkar 2, Hafizabad, Mandi Bahauddin, DI Khan, Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Attock 1, Zhob 10 in Balochistan, Barkhan 3, Muzaffarabad in Kashmir (airport 13, City 11), Garhi Dupatta, Kotli 6, Rawalakot recorded 2 mm rainfall.
According to the Meteorological Department, the weather will remain dry in most of the plains on Tuesday, however, rain and hail are likely to occur in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Potohar region, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan with strong winds and thundershowers, the highest level in the country.
Shaheed Benazirabad recorded 39 degrees Celsius, Mithi, Dadu 38 degrees Celsius, Skarund, Padaidan and Mohenjodaro recorded 37 degrees Celsius.
The weather is dry in most of the districts of the province including Quetta, the minimum temperature in Quetta is 23 degrees Celsius, 21 degrees Celsius in Kalat, 32 degrees Celsius in Gwadar, 30 degrees Celsius in Jeoni, 30 degrees Celsius in Nokundi, 33 degrees Celsius in Torbat and 32 degrees Celsius in Sibi. The percentage of humidity in the air in Quetta is 38 percent.
