Sheikh Rashid says more trouble in store for PDM
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rashid Ahmad said on Friday the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) would land in more trouble as a result of the Punjab governor’s ‘unconstitutional move’.
In a tweet on Friday, the former interior minister while reacting on the ongoing political turmoil said the governor Punjab’s act to de-notify the Punjab Chief Minister would further deepen the economic crisis. He said all political decisions had been left on the shoulders of the higher courts.
Mr Rashid said the country’s economic conditions had been worsened and that the incumbent government had failed to deliver on all fronts. He said where the country had almost collapsed there the gang of three [Nawaz, Shehbaz and Zardari] and their children were celebrating their stint in power.
