ECP postpones hearing of five cases against Imran Khan
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Monday posponed five cases against PTI Chairman Imran Khan scheduled to be heard for Dec 13.
The top electoral body has taken the decision due to unavailability of the bench. It said the cases would be heard on Dec 20.
The ECP was scheduled to hear cases including the one related to the PTI funding, party chairmanship, notification of Mr Khan’s victory in by-elections and electoral expenditure. In a statement, the organisation said contempt cases against the PTI chief, Fawad Chaudhry and Asad Umar would be heard on Tuesday.
