PM Imran seeks report on defeat in elections in three cantonment boards of Punjab

PM has sought report on PTI defeat in cantonment boards elections in Lahore, Rawalpindi and Multan.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief organizer Saifullah Niazi called on Prime Minister Imran Khan on Monday, Dunya News reported.
According to sources, Prime Minister Imran Khan has sought an analytical report on the defeat in the elections in three cantonment boards of Punjab from them during the meeting.
Sources said that the Prime Minister has sought an immediate report on the PTI defeat in Lahore, Rawalpindi and Multan in the recently concluded cantonment boards elections.
PM Imran also said that the reasons for the defeat and those responsible for the results should be identified. Prime Minister also sought report on distribution of tickets, election campaign and other factors behind the defeat.
On the other hand, the Prime Minister also expressed satisfaction over the success of Gujranwala Cantt Board election.
