British foreign minister Dominic Raab likely to visit Pakistan
LONDON (Dunya News) - British Foreign Minister Dominic Raab is likely to visit Pakistan, during the visit he will meet with senior Pakistani civil-military officials.
Raab said in an emergency session of parliament’s foreign affairs committee that he would travel to the region, including visiting Pakistan for the first time as foreign minister, later on Wednesday to discuss the crisis in Afghanistan.
Sources said that the British Foreign Secretary will seek Pakistan s help in evacuation from Afghanistan during his visit to Pakistan. Dominic Raab will meet with Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa and Prime Minister Iran Khan.
