Pak-Afghan ODI series: Training camp of national squad postponed

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Training camp of Pakistani ODI squad for the ODI series against Afghanistan has been postponed on Friday.

According to the details, the ODI series between the Pakistan and Afghanistan was scheduled to take place in Sri Lanka from September 3 to 9 — which Afghanistan was set to host.

The board planned to start the training camp for the series from August 21 to 28, PCB plans to hold on to the squad announcement and training camp.

According to the PCB, a schedule and travel plan is awaited from the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB). “All matters from the PCB are subject to the announcement of the ACB. We do not want to incur additional expenses by making camps and travel plans before the announcement of the Afghanistan board.”

The announcement of the team squad and the training camp has been postponed until the confirmation of the schedule and travel plan for the series by ACB.
