Heavy aerial firing of PTI supporters in Gujranwala after winning AJK election
GUJRANWALA (Dunya News) - Maqbool Gujjar and his supporters resorted to celebratory firing in Gujranwala after winning the election in Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly constituency LA-35.
According to details, the incident took place in Ladhewala area of Gujranawala, where Maqbool Gujjar and supporters of former MNA Mian Tariq resorted to aerial firing while violating the law and government restrictions.
Heavy firing was carried out with modern weapons, the area resounded with the crackling of bullets and fear and panic spread among the people.
On the other hand Gujranwala police did nothing to stop the firing and failed to arrest any accused involved in the incident.
