Minimum wage of laborer should be fixed at Rs 30,000: Siraj-ul-Haq

Siraj-ul-Haq said that no clear program has been given to end inflation and unemployment.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan and Siraj-ul-Haq on Friday while rejecting the budget 2021-22 said that the minimum wage of a laborer should be fixed at Rs 30,000, Dunya News reported.

Siraj-ul-Haq said that the amount allocated in the federal budget 2021-22, unveiled by Minister for Finance and Revenue Shaukat Tarin in the National Assembly, for the improvement agriculture is insufficient.

Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami further said that no clear programme has been given in the federal budget 2021-22 to end inflation and unemployment in the country.
